What it is

CJC-1295 DAC is a modified version of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). The added Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) lets it bind to albumin in the blood, dramatically extending how long it stays active — from minutes to days.

How it's thought to work

Like natural GHRH, it tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. The DAC modification means a single exposure provides a prolonged "bleed" of GHRH signalling, raising the baseline of growth hormone and downstream IGF-1 over an extended window.
